- Take 1 cup almonds (pre soaked and dried)
- Take 1 cup shredded coconut
- Get 2 cups oats
- Prepare 1/3 cup coconut oil
- Prepare 1/4 cup almond butter
- Prepare 1/8 cup acave syrup
- Make ready Cacoa nibs
Instructions to make Homemade Granola:
- Mix almonds shredded coconut and oats in a bowl
- Melt the coconut oil almond butter and acave syrup over a low heat
- Mix the liquid into the dry ingredients and place on a baking tray adding the cacao nibs. Place in the oven at 190 for 20 to 30mins or until turning a light golden brown
- Leave to cool then empty into a glass jar last for a week or two. Lovely to eat as a snack cereal or with yoghurt.
