  1. Make ready 1 cup sour curd
  2. Prepare 1/2cup besan
  3. Get ,as per taste red chilli,
  4. Take As required oil
  5. Prepare as required ajwain and cumin seeds
  6. Get 1- 2 onion
  7. Get as per taste salt
  8. Make ready as required ,turmeric powder
Steps to make Sour kadhi pakoda:
  1. Blend curd with 2tsp of besan, red chilli powder,to taste salt,take oil in a kadhai mix besan half tsp red chilli powder salt with required amount of water to make pakoda
  2. Oil in a kadhai two kinds of chillies cumin seeds,onion,fry for 2/3 min.add blended curd and add 1/2 glass of water and boil for 15/20 min.
  3. Add fried pakoda give a boil and turn off the flame.
  4. Sour kadhi pakoda is ready
  5. Serve with chapati
