- Add in a pressure cooker with some water and cook for 5 vessels till behs are soft.
- Drain them and keep aside.
- In a pan, add in the oil and roaat besan on medium flame till it changes colour and turns aromat.
- In a bowl, put it the cooled behs and add all the spices. Mix well
- Put this mixture in pan and mix well with besan. Cook for a minute.
- Serve hot.
