- For dip and paste– Take a bowl add 1/2 tsp all-purpose flour and cornflour add water make a thick paste for edges corner to fold..and take a bowl add 1 tsp all-purpose flour and 1 tsp cornflour add water and make a thin paste for dip take cornflakes and crush it well.
- Now take dough make a roti fill the filling of sweetcorn take thick paste and brush the edges and roll it. After rolling dip it into a thin paste then after dip into a crushed cornflakes.
- Refrigerate for 15 min to set the cornflakes..
- Heat a pan for frying.Fry it for 5 min on medium flame and serve it with ketchup or schezwan chutney.
