  3. Tbsp oil in pan. fry onions. Add garlic, chillis, chilli flakes, black pepper. Fry until ready. 7mins ish
  4. Add tin of toms, bacon, bay leaves, salt, hot sauce. Bring to boil then reduce to medium heat and stew for as long as possible. 20mins minimum.
  5. Use spoon to make wells in stew and crack eggs into wells. Cover pan and serve when eggs are cooked.
