  1. Make ready 1 small “ head” White Cabbage
  2. Prepare 2 large Onions
  3. Make ready 200 Grams Carrots
  4. Prepare Cup Sweetcorn (fresh or frozen)
  5. Prepare Cup Peas (fresh or frozen)
  6. Prepare Cup Mixed Sweet Peppers(Fresh /Frozen)
  7. Get 600 Grams Mayonnaise (Heinz is best!)
  8. Make ready Black Pepper
Steps to make Homemade Coleslaw:
  1. Wash, then cut the cabbage into quarters. Remove center stalk. Slice and dice into small pieces. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Peel Carrots, slice lengthways, then dice into small pieces. Add to bowl
  3. Peel, slice and dice Onions. Add to bowl.
  4. Cut the Sweet Peppers into small pieces, add to bowl.
  5. Add Peas and Sweetcorn. Add a good dollop of Mayonnaise and mix well.
  6. Add a sprinkle of Black Pepper, mix again, adding enough Mayonnaise until everything is coated but not swamped.
  7. Enjoy! Use within a week, or the Mayonnaise will go runny. Awesome for BBQ’s!!
