- Heat oil in a pan.
- When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds carrom seeds and fenugreek seeds.
- Add asafoetida, mangoes and water and cover and cook till mangoes are softened.
- Add salt and cover and cook till mangoes are softened.
- Add jeggery and mix well and cook till it melts.
- Add fennel seeds powder coriander powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
- Cover and cook for another minute. Now ready to serve with paratha roti and rice.
