Steps to make Semolina sour kachori:
- Firstly prepare suji dough by boiling water, ajwain, salt and oil.once the water comes to a boil add rava and curd slowly, stirring continuously in another hand.
- Transfer the cooked rava into a bowl and cool slightly.once the rava is warm knead well till the rava dough turns soft and smooth.grease hand with oil and pinch a ball sized dough.
- Now take a pan heat oil then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, onion mix it well 2 min cook it then add ginger garlic paste, saunf, green chilli again mix it well then add boiled potatoes,salt, turmeric powder,red, chilli powder, curry leaves, chopped peanuts, coriander leaves cook it well 2 min.
- Flatten slightly and pressing from sides form a cup.stuff a tbsp of aloo stuffing in centre.Get the sides together and pinch to seal.
- Press gently and form a ball, flatten slightly.fry the rava kachori in hot oil or stir occasionally and fry on medium flame.
- Finally, serve semolina sour kachori hot with green chutney, imli chutney, roasted green chilli.
