- Cover and simmer for about 10 mins, if the sauce gets to dry add water, if your sauce gets to runny add breadcrumbs…you can’t lose!! But make sure the potatoes stay firm and in shape. Plate up the ARAKAS LATHEROS with a scattering of parsley and Greek feta and a squeeze of lemon.
