  4. Place shredded lettuce in a bowl and pour in the vinaigrette.
  5. On a plate place the lettuce and spoon the crab mixture, sprinkle seafood seasoning and add extra coriander.

Core and thinly slice the red apple into discs and arrange on the plate. Mix together the crab, celery slices and rocket leaves in a bowl, then arrange on top of the apple slices.
