- First ghee roast the soaked rice and grind it coarsely. Keep aside.
- Take a heavy base pan and Boil the milk. reduce it to 2/3 rd of whole. Add roasted rice and dryfruits and let them cook it they are completely soft and dissolved. Keep stirring to avoid sticking in to bottom. Add saffron soaked milk too.
- Now add custard powder and vanilla essence mixed to milk in phirni plus sugar and keep stirring it both are dissolved. Give it a nice boil and turn off the gas stove. let it cool.
- Garnish with fruits and pistachio and it’s ready to serve.
