- Get 1/2 cup White chocolate melted

Instructions to make Tutty fruity Cake:
- Take a bowl add 3 table spoon butter and 3 table spoon mix both well. Now add 50 gm sugar mix well.stir it for 3 minutes.add 250 gm condensed milk stir it for 5-10 minutes.
- Take 1 cup milk add 1nd half table spoon vinegar on it.mix well now add choice of essence mix well.
- Take another bowl add 1nd half cup maida add half table spoon baking soda,1 and half table spoon baking powder mix well.
- Mix batter prepared in step 2 and 3 in Batter prepared in step 1 and stir it slowly to prevent having lums.now batter is ready.
- Take a baking mould and grees it with refined oil and Sprinkle some maida. Put the above batter in to this mould. Make sure that your mould is half filled with batter.
- Take one tablespoon tooty frooty and mix it with Half table spoon maida. And spread it over the batter.
- Now pre-heat the pressure cooker. Add one cup salt inside pressure cooker. Put aluminium stand in cooker and place the mould over it.
- Remove the wristle from cooker and now put it on medium flame for 35- 40 mins.use knife to check whether cake is baked or not.
- Take the mould from pressure cooker then take out the cake on the plate.spread melted white chocolate over the cake.placed chocochips around the cake as shown the pic.you can decorate cake as shown the pictures.

A Tutty Fruity cake is well loved by adults & kids alike & is popularly enjoyed as a regular snacking cake with a hot cuppa especially during the late afternoon tea time.
