- Take off the heat and when cooled a little add the yogurt and stir in. Bring to the boil and stir. Then serve on a bed of Basmatti rice.
In the same saucepan, add the onions and sautè until soft and caramelised. Add the ginger, garlic, chilli and spices and sautè for a few minutes. Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and toss until they are thoroughly coated. Heat the butter and oil together in a large skillet over high heat. Cover the apple rings with boiling water and set aside for an hour.
