  2. Add in all the remaining spices and the salt. Add the garlic too. Stir to combine and fry off the spices for a few seconds until fragrant. Pour in the water and bring to a gentle simmer. Place over a lid. Simmer, stirring occasionally until the water has completely reduced down and the cauliflower is nice and tender. Serve up and enjoy. :)
