- So I made the syrup first add water sugar and cardamon powder to a pan and boil over a medium heat for 10 mins till it starts to get sticky
- Then add the milk powder plain flour and baking powder mix well in a bowl. Then add the ghee and the milk slowly to form a smooth dough and make little balls.
- Then fry the jambus in oil at low heat till they are golden to dark brown and then place on kitchen towel to soak up the oil.
- Then add the jambus to the syrup and leave them for a few hours then enjoy with ice cream or on their own yummy ππ
