- Cook the pasta in hot water + 1 teaspoon of salt for 9-11 minutes then drain but🧊 keep a cup of its water🧊
- In a big pan, heat the oil and butter and fry the chicken until cooked and move it to the side of the pan
- Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes then add the mushroom and cook for two more minutes then mix with the chicken and add salt, black pepper, oregano and paprika
- Add the cream and pasta water to the mixture then the pasta and let it simmer for ~5 minutes on medium heat
- Add the mozzarella cheese. Mix and turn off the heat after 2 more minutes
- Serve and add a sprinkle of parsley and parmesan. Enjoy!
