How to make special egg curry The boiled eggs should be well fried in hot oil this time. Method Put the seeds and peppercorns into a dry frying pan over medium heat. - Add the chicken, making sure its thoroughly coated in onion mixture and spices,
- Add peppers diced pototatoes and canned tomatoes. Stir well.
- Boil 180ml of water and add to mixture, stir and mix well.
- Cover and cook on a low flame, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through, it usually tales about 15 - 20 minutes.
- Serve with Basmati rice or why not try cauliflower rice.
