  3. When it's colour change or golden brown (you can feel with its aroma)
  4. Add warm water & stir continuously when water absorbed proper
  5. Add sugar & dry fruit on low flame again stir till sugar melt
  6. When halwa leave the bottom of the pan it means it ready serve it garnish it with dry fruits
