- Take 500 Grams Beef

- Prepare 2 heaped Teaspoons Whole Grain Mustard
- Take 4-6 large Chestnut Mushrooms

Add the sugar, sesame oil, and salt (and organic chicken bouillon if using). Once browned, remove meat from pan and set aside. Remove from skillet and set aside with the meat. Peel and quarter the onions and break apart into petals, straight into the pan, stirring regularly.

- Slice and dice Beef into bite- sized pieces.Add to a wok or large saucepan with about a tablespoon of cooking oil.
- Trim, peel, slice Onions and add to Wok.
- Wash, trim then slice courgettes. Add to Wok.
- Trim off brown parts of Brussel Sprouts, remove outside leaves, then slice into quarters. Add to Wok.
- Wipe Mushrooms, then slice and add to the Wok.
- Start cooking gently, stirring well to coat all ingredients with the oil.
- Continue cooking for about 5-10 minutes to make sure the Beef is browned and the Courgettes and Sprouts are softened. Add the rinsed and drained Bean Shoots and the Whole Grain Mustard to the Wok and stir well for about 2 minutes.
- Continue to cook for a further 5-10 minutes until all vegetables are cooked. Serve and enjoy!
Remove from skillet and set aside with the meat. Peel and quarter the onions and break apart into petals, straight into the pan, stirring regularly. Heat up cooking oil in wok, add garlic and chopped chili pepper, and stir the blended mustard green quickly with salt. Move beef to the side of the wok and add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic to the center of the wok. In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken stock, soy sauce, mustard, honey, crushed red pepper, black pepper and cornstarch.
