- Keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Take it out from the fridge.
- Make 3 balls from this dough.
- Set it in tarts moulds by pressing thumb and fingers.
- Keep it again in fridge for setting for 30 minutes.
- Now take it out.keep some Rajma in it so that it sets in the mould during baking process.
- Put it in preheated oven at 150 degree for 10 minutes.
- Now take it out from the oven.
- Remove the Rajma from it.Keep it again in the oven for 2 minutes.
- Take it out,let it cool.
- Remove it from the moulds.
- Fill it with your choice of filling.
- A beautiful tart is waiting for your loved ones.
Add rock salt, cumin seeds, and sesame seeds and mix well into the flour. Add the remaining ingredients and form a dough. Use little water at a time. Mix well and make sure there are no lumps. Add Salt and cook this mixture over the low flame.
