- Prepare 1 kg soft shinghara

Lower the heat when it whistles. Open the cooker when steam dies down. Mash it coarsely with the potato masher or a ladle. Garnish with chaat masala, ginger juliennes, lime juice and coriander leaves and Singhare Ki Kachri or Chaat is ready to.

- Wash and peel the shinghara.and chop into thin slices.
- Heat ghee into pressue cooker put cumin ginger and green chilli and saute for a minute. Now add all dry ingredients.
- Add slices singhara into it. Add water to 2/3rd level of singhara.
- Now wait for 4-5 whistle on medium flame. When pressure releases mash it with masher.
- Serve hot.(u can add some lemon juice into it)
