Beat it nicely add a little milk if required and a about 1 tsp of malai or besan (; it will prevent the curd from cuddling.)Add this to the fried onions and keep stirring continuously till one boil. keep the flame high. After this cover the curry with a lid and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Now add the boiled lotus stem / nadru to the curd gravy / yakhani and simmer for 1-2 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
