- Ones meat is fully roasted, prepare KACHUMBARI by combining the lemon juice,onions slices, tomato slices, garlic, turmeric and any spices, (to taste) in a plate.
- Add salt to taste into the KACHUMBARI and Mix well.
- Now serve the roasted meat, kachumbari with Ugali
