- Get the potatoes, flatten on a nylon, add the fillings. Roll the nylon and form a ball, securing the fillings. Flatten then place in the freezer for about 5minutes to harden.
- Place oil on heat, coat the potatoes in flour then egg and breadcrumbs/cornflakes or golden morn. Fry until golden. - - Serve with ketchup, slaw. - - Voilà!
