  1. Firstly, in a large kadai roast cornflakes without oil till it turns crisp then keep aside.
  2. Heat olive oil saute in peanuts on low flame, till it turns crisp.
  3. Also add roasted gram dal and saute for few seconds.
  4. Further saute cashews to golden brown now add raisins and few curry leaves. saute till raisins puff up and curry leaves turn crisp.
  5. Add turmeric, chilli powder, chaat masala, sugar and salt to taste.
  6. Saute on low flame for few seconds. now add 2 cups ready to eat corn flakes and cook for about 5 min. On low medium flame then trun off the flame.
  7. Mix gently without breaking corn flakes.
