3. Unwrap, cut a piece of salmon and place it on top. (On the middle pumpkin in the picture I also added a thin slice of cucumber underwear too.). I then turned it upside down and wrapped it up tight again.
4. Using so pre cut nori sheets, cut some small triangles and using tweezers place on the smoked salmon. Have fun and be creative.
