  6. Take Some Kesar strings

  1. Deseed the sitaphal and keep the pulp in the refrigerator till needed.
  2. Take deep non-stick pan and ghee and 1/4 cup milk and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add milk powder and keep staring after 1-2 minutes add 500 gm milk,sugar and mix well and cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
  4. Now switch off the flame and allow to cool down at room temperature. After cooling add custard apple pulp, Kesar strings,and almonds slivers.and keep Basundi in the refrigerator.
  5. Now serve chilled sitafal Basundi.
