  1. Take the bread slices and spread butter lightly on them.

  3. Meanwhile in a bowl take chopped tomatoes, add in minced garlic, salt, parsley, pepper and olive oil and mix thoroughly. Let it marinate till the bread bakes.
  4. Add in your feta cheese to the mixture, mix and spoon out the mixture on the baked bread slices. Serve immediately.
