The ingredients needed to make Veg noodles:
  1. Prepare 200 gms noodles
  2. Take 3 tbsp oil
  3. Get 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  4. Get as needed Salt
  5. Take 1 small onion sliced
  6. Get 1 small carrot chopped
  7. Get 1 small capscium chopped
  8. Get 5/6 cabbage leaves chopped
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  10. Get 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp vinegar
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  13. Take 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Steps to make Veg noodles:
  1. Firstly in a large vessel take water,salt,1 TSP oil once the water comes to a boil add noodles and boil.Drain off the water from noodles.Drizzle 1 TSP oil and mix gently (oil avoids noodles from sticking to each other)
  2. Now in a large kadai heat 2 TSP oil and saute vegetable until veggies are cooked
  3. Add sauces,pepper powder,chilli powder, salt.stir fry until sauces are well combined.add boiled and mix gently.
  4. Toss and mix until noodles are cooked completley
  5. Ready to serve
