- Heat oil and butter or ghee in a pan
- Add whole garam masala and onion and fry till they become light brown in colour
- Add mixed vegetables and fry for a while add tomato and fry till they become soft
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, mint and coriander leaves and fry for a while
- Add curd and mix well add rice mix all the ingredients for a while & garnish with some fried nuts and raisins
