- Bring 5 cup water to a rolling boil,add noodles and cook till soft without them mushy,than drain it and rinse them well under cold water,add 1 tbsp oil mix well and keep aside.
- Add oil to a hot pan and put on to a high flame, saute garlic and green chilli for a minute,than add onion saute for a minute,add all veggies and saute 2 -3 minutes until they are half done yet crunchy.
- Then pour in vinegar, soy sauce and hot sauce if using, after that add cooked noodles,pepper and salt,toss and stir fry for 2 minutes
- Serve veg noodles hot or warm. Enjoy ❣️
