- Cooked urad and chana dal in a cooker adding pinch of salt with 1 whistle. Then drain out the water. Fry the peanut and keep aside.
- Now cut the vegetables into small pieces as per own choise and keep it ready.
- Now in a pan add oil. Then add cuming & black mustard seeds. Once it spluttered then add curry leaves, chopped onions & chilli and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add cut vegetables and salt as per taste. Cook it for another 10 minutes. Now add urad and chana dal, peanut and mix well.
- Then add roasted vermicelli mix well. Then add water and cook it on a low flame. Once all vegetables & vermicelli cooked properly, water dries out. Then serve hot.
