- Get Pork chops
- Get Spices, Ketchup, honey, dark soy sauce, oil, salt
- Get Bananas

Steps to make Honeyed pork chops:
- For the spices I used curry powder, mixes spice, Royco, salt, crushed ginger and garlic. Mixed these in a bowl and added some soy sauce. Used this to marinate the chops, covered and left to stay overnight in the fridge.
- Let the chops cool a bit before frying them. Give each side at least 5-7 minutes on low heat
- For the sauce, I mixed the honey, ketchup and soy sauce in the ratio 3:2:1 using a tablespoon.
- Once the chops cooled a bit, I applied the sauce and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Dip the chops for 30 seconds each side in the hot oil.
- For the bananas, I boiled with a little oil and salt, then mashed it while still hot.
- For the salad, saute the mixed vegetables for a few minutes before adding the corn. Sprinkle a pinch of salt then cover and let sit in low heat for 2-3minutes.
- Serve with a glass of juice or soda ππ
