- First cut both the bell peppers along with capsicum in normal sized pieces as shown in pics. Then cut onion in normal sized pieces as shown.
- Cut baby corn in rpund way. And cut broccoli in small pieces.Then slice the green chillies in a thin way. Then finely chop garlic and ginger finely.
- Then take paneer and cut it in normal sized cube shape as shown in pic. Then take paneer in a bowl and add salt as per taste, black pepper and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Mix it well
- After mixing, add 2 tbsp maida. Coat the paneer well. Leave the paneer for marination for 15 minutes.
- Take 1/2 cup maida, 1/4 cup cornflour,1 tsp salt. Mix them well. Then add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and add 2 tablespoon oil. And mix it well. Add 1/2 cup water. Dont make batter too thin or too thick.
- Take 1/4 cup water add in 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce and mix it properly. Then add vinegar and soya sauce and corn starch in it amd mix it well. Add tomato ketchup as per choice.
- Now heat the oil for frying. And add the marinated paneer in the maida batter. Coat the paneer very well. And then fry paneer in the medium hot oil till the batter sets.
- Next fry all the paneer till batter sets. And then let it cool.
- Take 1 teaspoon oil and add chopped ginger garlic in a wok and add onion, bell peppers and capsicum, broccoli, tomato and add green chillies and heat it on a high flame and let it cook for 2 minute. Toss it a little.
- Then add the mixed sauce, salt, black pepper, sugar and mix it properly. Then turn off the gas
- Then add fried paneer and mix it well and toss it properly and turn on the gas and mix everything.
- Now your chilly paneer is ready. Now serve it in a serving plate.
