Instructions to make Brocolli Cheese Samosa:
- Take butter in a kadai. Add Broccoli and roast till half cooked.
- Add Onions, Spring Garlic, Coriander and roast on medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add Paneer and roast on high flame for a minute. Add all dry masalas and mix properly. Turn off the flame and let it cool a bit.
- Add grated cheese, lemon juice and mix properly. Let it cool completely.
- Take both the flours, ghee salt, pepper powder, lemon juice, carom seeds in a container. Add required quantity of water and knead a medium tight dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll a round medium thick sheet. Slit in into two. Make cone shape on your fingers.
- Fill around 1 Tbsp stuffing in the cone shape and seal it properly.
- Get all your samosas ready. Deep fry samosa on medium low flame till crispy golden brown.
