The ingredients needed to make Mozzarella Cheese:
- Prepare 2 litre milk
- Take 1/4 cup vinegar
- Make ready 1 tsp salt

- Warm the milk on low flame and stir continuously. Check it continuously as soon you feel that the milk is too hot to put your finger in it, turn off the heat. Be careful not to over heat it.Add Vinegar in it and continuously stir while adding vinegar.this is a slow process so dont worry when curd isnt form quickly.just keep stiring.Curds should start to form in the milk
- Remove the curd with skimmer in strainer with cloth to remove the excess water.Then add salt to excess water and heat it till boiling point
- Till the excess water is being heated squeeze the cheese with your hand
- Put the cheese in a bowl and add the hot excess water,cover it and let it rest for 10 mins.Then squeeze the cheese to remove the excess water.Again put the ball of cheese in hot excess water.Repeat the process 2 to 3 times
- Our homemade Mozzarella Cheese is ready to be used. - Wrap the cheese in plastic foil and freeze it. It is easy to grate frozen cheese.
