- Take 120 ml buttermilk
- Take 1/4 tsp salt
- Take 1/4 tsp black pepper

- Chop potatoes into wedges and wash in cold water. Put in saucepan, cover in cold water with a pinch of salt and turn heat up to as high as it will go. Preheat oven to 180C.
- Once the water has reached boiling, leave to boil for a further 2 mins then drain and place on a baking tray. Add salt, pepper, oregano and oil. Mix together and put in oven. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Add flour to one dish, egg to another and breadcrumbs in a third. Mix salt, pepper and oregano in the breadcrumb mix. Add fish to flour then egg then breadcrumb and place on a baking tray.
