- Peel a layer with peeler. Cut bitter gourd in small pieces and put some salt. Leave it for an hour
- Wash it thoroughly. Take oil in a pan and fry bitter gourd.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add chopped onion, cumin seeds and flakes. Put mince, stir fry to brown
- Add a cup of water to cook it. Add coriander mint, pepper and paprika. Mix well. Add garam masala powder
- Once mince is brown and cooked, add puree amd cook on medium flame. Add fry bitter gourd, mix well.
- Add green chilli, cover for 2mins
- Garnish with fresh chopped coriander, mint. Serve with roti or naan.
