- Get 1/2 cup Coconut crush

- Take two bitter guard,cut in thin long pieces,mix salt and Turmeric,keep aside for 1 hour.
- Take peanuts and roast it in a pan.keep aside.
- Take coconut crush and roast it in a pan.keep aside.
- Take a pan,add oil for deep fry of two karela.approximately 4tbsp.fry up to reddish cooked.
- Now,take a bawl,mix all peanut,coconut crush,karela bitter guard add only red chilli powder and chaat masala.Mix it finely.
- Our karate karele is ready.if needed you can also add fried coriander leaves to taste in it.
