- Make ready 1 chopped onion

- Peel bittergourd put salt in it rest it for 1/2 hrs. After 1/2 hrs wash it. Heat kadhai add oil fry bittergourd in it. Soak tamarind in some water
- In same kadhai add chopped onion add garlic. Saute it
- Add tomato puree mix it add all masala in it and saute it
- Drain tamarind water and add in tomato mixture
- Now add karela add water and mix it nicely. Finally, add chopped coriander leaves.
