- Prepare 1/2 kg karele (cut in rings)
- Prepare 4 large onions sliced
- Prepare 2 medium tomatoes diced

Steps to make Pyaaz Karele:
- In a wok fry the karele and keep aside
- Reduce the oil to half,add zeera and then onions.
- Fry the onions till slightly brown
- Add tomatoes and all spices, ginger garlic paste and cook with 1/2 cup water
- Once the masala is cooked well add the fried karele,cover and cook with 1/2 cup water.
- Once this is ready add inli pulp,green chillies and cook for 2-3 mins. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with chapati.
